The Polish public broadcaster TVP has announced its DTT and HD transmission plans for the forthcoming Beijing Olympics.
DTT test transmissions will be undertaken from Warsaw, Poznan, Zielona Góra, Zagan, Kraków, Lezajsk and Krosno.
At the same time, TVP HD will be distributed by Astra and carried for 18 hours daily in the test transmissions, replacing the proprietary channels TVP Kultura, TVP Historia and TVP Polonia.
