The phone still runs Nokia’s Android OS with a Metro-like tile interface on top, but it’s a new version, called “Nokia X Software Platform 2.0.”
On top of Nokia’s Android, the handset will come preloaded with various apps including Skype, Outlook.com, OneDrive, Here Maps and MixRadio, while Bing Search, Yammer and Xbox games are available from the Nokia Store. Users will also be able to install apps from third-party stores, and there are ways to bring the Google Play Store to Nokia’s X phones.

Nokia unveiled the X2 smartphone earlier today, which is powered by the company’s X software platform version 2.0.
A little known fact is that this is based on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.

Wiki:
Nokia X2
On 24 June 2014, Nokia, now owned by Microsoft, announced and spontaneously released another phone called the Nokia X2.
The Nokia X2 was based on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean platform even though it was running the Nokia X platform 2.0 user interface. It had a 4.3-inch QVGA display, a 5MP camera with LED flash and a front-facing camera with a 0.3MP sensor.[48]
Nokia upped the RAM limit of the Nokia X family and the Nokia X2 came out with a 1GB RAM. The phone had a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset with a dual-core 1.2GHz Cortex-A7 CPU.
At launch, Nokia X2 had an official retail price of 99 euros.
