Tere, jama selline, smart tv kaotas ära youtube rakenduse,mingi päev proovisin youtube minna aga ei saanud ühendust,proovisin mitu korda ei midagi, lõpuks küsis uuendust ja ma vajutasin ok, peale seda kadus youtube rakendus valikutest,otsisin siis uuema tarkvara ja lasin peale,uuendas ära aga youtube valikutes ikka pole, mida teha. teler samsung PS51D6900DS. on mingeid nõuandeid pakkuda

YouTube uuendas oma teenust. Kui on vana pill, siis see enam YouTube mängima arvatavasti ei hakka. Sama saatus tabas näiteks iPad 1 Gen, mida enam uuendada ei saa. Kui aga tootja ajaga sammu käib ja oma asju uuendab, siis on ehk lootust. Kui guugeldada viitsid, siis leiad internetist rohkem infot. Soovitus nr.1: proovi oma teleka tarkvara uuendada, äkki on tootjal paik juba valmis.

I had the same issue and then used online support for help. Spoke with Hugh from Samsung and here is the suggested solution.
Menu > Network > Network Status > IP Settings...change DNS from automatic to either 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. This resolved my issue.

I spent hours on the phone with Google and Samsung. Samsung and Google forums have hundreds of complaints about the problem. Google points the finger at Samsung. Samsung blames Google. Samsung claims to offer support for YouTube. It is the most popular application on Samsung smart TV,s. Samsung tech support had me try various things to repair the problem but no one would pick up the phone and call engineering. Samsung representatives stated the TV is considered at the end of it's life cycle, it is an 2011 TV. Samsung even sold a product called Demetrius Evolution for $300 to fix the problem but I was told it wouldn't work with my TV. In my opinion Samsung is shutting it off because they don't want to pay fees and want you will buy a new TV. If I buy a new TV it won't be a Samsung. If YouTube stops working in March then I will file a complaint with The California Department of Consumer Affairs.

Ärge väga usinalt ka praegu igaks juhuks neid FW uuendust taga ajage, alles oli usas jama et Samsung pushis peale uuenduse mis keeras teleri nii pee...gli taha et aitab ainult teleri emaplaadi vahetus, seejuures Samsung keeldub osadel kundedel seda tasuta vahetamast. Euroopasse võib seda FW versiooni karta just praegu, kuna EU on FW uuenduses viivitusega nii umbes kaks nädalat.

Kusjuures Samsung pushib uuendusi vaikimisi peale. Isegi siis, kui menüüs on pandud, et ära uuenda, siis tehakse see ikkagi salaja taustal ära. Vanematel FW-del sai seda Service menüüst välja lülida, aga uuematel on see valik ka juba lukustatud

Nii, paigaldasin tarkvara v1019 mis ei aidanud ja kaotas sootuks ära youtubi ikooni. Pärast natuke internetist uurides leidsin uuema tarkvara versiooni 1025. Pärast värskendust pakus ta ise paigaldada Youtubi. Uuendus saadaval saidil http://www.samsung.com/au/support/model/PS51D6900DMXXY
