IPTV Streaming blocked in Telia?

Hi,
For starters, I'm new in this forum and I will post in English because I'm foreigner living in Estonia, right?

I used to sign an IPTV service from my country of origin and it worked flalessly here (link of m3u list,generally using apps like Blade UDH, IPTV Smarters, etc). Until 2 months ago it stopped working: the links were unavailable, the apps showed network error. In the source country it was working normally, but in my Telia Networks (home and 4G) no sign of that. Below I show the error message:

What happened?
This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks.

Does anyone here know why this is happening?
After trying a lot I discovered that a P2P connection would dodge it, but the channel offer is much lower and the delay is higher, so I wanted to get the service I was used to.
Does anyone here knows how I could that original IPTV stream back?

So when you use VPN everything working? If yes, your IP are blacklisted, there is no other options.

Change Your IP if You can, it seems that the IP from Telia static DHCP is blacklisted as mentioned before.

In the worst case, the entire operator's network may be blacklisted. Then only changing service provider will help.
